When bringing in your PC, please bring in any system CD discs that may have come with your computer. This includes operating systems and driver discs. Be prepared to give us a description of the symptoms.  Because of the nature of destruction that a virus can cause, it may be better to remove all software from the PC and reinstall a fresh copy of the operating system.  This process usually ends up being much faster which means less costly to you.  Just let us know how you use your computer and we can determine which files need to be backed up.  Many viruses can wipe out all data but we will do our best to save as much of your personal information as possible.
